Wednesday, March 13, 2024 - 2006 Barolo (Trattoria One Fifth, NYC.): [Double decanted at 9am.] Big, smoky black fruit nose. Ripe black fruit. Long and tannic. A little too polished for my taste. Doesn't have the character of the best wines tonight.
