Saturday, January 26, 2019 - Louis Jadot Dinner with Frédéric Barnier (Booth One - Chicago IL): In Jadot CC vertical. Very ripe and very mature aromas, but more enjoyable flavors with so much massive Grand Cru concentration and power. Seemed to slightly freshen up after 15-20 minutes in glass, but this never really delivered what I hoped/ expected.
