Wednesday, March 6, 2013 - The last of 4 purchased on release and properly stored. Served at 45-50F with salmon. The other bottles were all consumed several years ago and I did not make notes. This was one I held on to just to see where it would go.
It was a gorgeous bottle that was in perfect condition and at its apogee. Bright golden in color. Lovely elegant blend of citrus, vanilla, floral, and minerality with medium body, perfect balance, and a long enchanting finish. When you catch a bottle at a point like this it is a thrilling experience.
