Wednesday, January 17, 2024 - I am a bit on the fence with this wine... a bottle in 2021 was quite giving and "easy", then we had a clearly off bottle in 2023 and now this was initially quite muddled on opening and didn't reveal much in the form of hallmark CLB aromas but with air it turned the corner slightly. For me CLB consistently delivers in general but possibly 05 and 06 is a bit more tricky / mixed here (bottle variation, things were still on the up in quality?) while 07 onwards I had almost only winners.
