The palate is grainy with notes of dried cherry and cranberry, plum skin, garrigue, dried mint, eucalyptus, caviar, bacon, moss, dried lavender, and saddle leather. Tannins are well integrated and velvety. Medium body and medium finish. At the end of its drinking window, if not already passed and on it’s down slope
