Wednesday, September 14, 2016 - On day 3, this had opened up quite nicely, which makes me think this is not actually in its drinking window yet. Still short on the finish, but nose expresses violets, and palate is firmer with candied violet, dark plum, cassis, cedar and forest floor. Changed my mind and may pick up a few more of these.
