Saturday, October 11, 2014 - PnP Opened up and plateaued with just a few minutes of air. Ripe, rich black cherry, boysenberry, chocolate and baking spices. Some heat, but it dissipates with time in the glass. Full-bodied and long. Some tannins left, but this is so open and expressive now that I wouldn't sit on 'em. A solid bottle from a great vintage.
