Wednesday, September 22, 2010 - Barolo '90-'95: Interesting nose that was faintly sweet and herbal with pronounced minerality. Chalky structure with huge acidity. Dry and bordering on astringent to me. This seemed a little flat but evolved with time to show coffee and dry wood tones. A nice wine in superior company tonight.
