Tuesday, October 17, 2023 - Acker Vega Sicilia dinner with Pablo Álvarez (Asador Bastian): 75/79/81. Wow, excellent nose of strawberry, rhubarb, balsamico and herbs. Similar to the 75 but with more weight and power but perhaps less lift/elegance.
