Saturday, April 2, 2011 - My bottle was past its prime. Decanted, and visited occasionally over a long evening with other wines. Really was 4-5 hours after decant before it was drinkable - before then the funk was too funky. After that, really nice, good acidity, earth. Paired great with ripe funky cheese. But a couple hours later it was dead, over the cliff. Glad I caught its last moment.
