Tuesday, February 7, 2023 - Very Good. We were concerned that this might have passed its prime. We decanted for about 30 minutes prior to drinking. Beautiful ruby color. It retains a wonderful acidity despite the depth of the red and black fruits. It paired fairly well with braised lamb and potatoes, but it probably would have paired better with, guess what, northern Italian.
