Thursday, October 1, 2009 - Had this one at a comparative chardonnay tasting. It was the oldest wine in the line up. held up very well and I felt that unusually for an Australian Chardonnay, it has aged very well and is a very pleasant drink right now.
Yellow golden colour but still bright and clear. Nose fresh and fruity with lemon and freah peach. Palate very smooth and well balanced with a tongue coating viscousness that made it last and last.
