Saturday, February 13, 2010 - This has changed since last tasting five years ago. Now it tastes less like a pinot and more like a raspberry liquor, albeit a very delicious liquor. Gone are the more subtle wood and spice notes. Also the alcohol is very prominent. But the texture and pure hedonistic delight are still there. This is a wine I would love to watch for years, but this was, alas, my last bottle.
