Thursday, August 16, 2018 - Blind: Guessed French, chardonnay, and cote de beaune. This really showed well. Nose shows there's some oak influence, caramel and delicious. Complex palate between the fruit, spice, and acidity. Yellow apple initially but lemon and light lime as it warmed up. excellent.
