Friday, July 23, 2021 - A lost Friday afternoon gathering – Champagne and Burgundy (Blacksalt, Washington DC): As the sommelier pours, the color is concerning. Clearly premoxed. The palate is still beautiful, rich yet weightless. What a shame!
