Saturday, April 30, 2016 - With a little more maturity on it, this bottle shows less youthful freshness than some of the 2010/11 ones I have opened, yet it has laser-like focus in chalky minerality and more subtle white pear/apple fruit in a rich yet clean finish. A perfect match for a goat cheese with caramelized onions dish. Has years to go.
