Wednesday, March 29, 2017 - Opened about 90 minutes before drinking, it continued to evolve and improve over the course of the next couple hours. Eventually, it struck me as very rich, but not Napa parfait rich. Hard to identify the flavor components, but there were a bunch of them. Good nose and a solid finish, but the subtlety and complexity were what stood out to me. Will probably be better in another two years or so.
