Thursday, November 4, 2021 - The bottle that I/we least preferred in a mini vertical of four vintages. Initially it appeared quite heady and on the verge of oxidation. Thankfully fortune turned with time/air and it turned the corner and notes of freshly cut flower and glossy red cherry emerged. I would be inclined to say that this bottle would probably have been better if decanted based on the experience. Also maybe it wasn't a perfect bottle. Looking forward to revisit this.
