Friday, January 27, 2012 - Attractive fresh-looking light yellow gold colour. Nose is immediately sharp, precise minerals and white acacia flowers. Palate is similar sharp, very well delineated minerals with just a touch of buttered dry nettles on the back end. Typical of the terroir and enjoyable as a bracing aperitif enjoyed chilled on a hot day. Pretty good QPR at US$35 in Hong Kong.
