Thursday, October 10, 2013 - Thursday Night Dinner (RPM Italian - Chicago, IL): A seminal wine. The nose was flinty, with a lot of citrus and salty notes. Incredibly fresh with amazing depth. The palate was close to perfect. Layers of citrus, mineral, and cracked stone. This was amazing when just poured and was amazing 4 hours after being poured. A tour de force...hard to ask for more from White Burgundy.
