Thursday, August 25, 2011 - Notes from day 2.
Dark red to light purple in color.
Nose of violets, black raspberry, spice, and herbs.
Palate of mixed raspberry, cranberry, fall leaves, and spice.
The finish was average in length and good acidity was noted.
Overall a really nice nose and a good solid wine.
Drink or hold: 50+5+13+16+6
