Friday, September 11, 2015 - Slate, minerality, honeyed richness, spice, lemon and lime citrus zing!
All is well with this 7 year old Chablis. Beautifully mature, with 5+ years of life remaining, the med+ acidity carries the flavors into a fairly long, lime and stone laden finish.
