Wednesday, December 2, 2009 - Drank 3 bottles amongst friends in London and every one was near perfect. After 20 years of ageing the quality is shining through. You can really taste and smell the yeast and nutty textures. As with some other notes it does need time to open up and there is still lots of acidity at first.
