Saturday, June 15, 2013 - Wow! Incredible right from the go. Initially there were prominent aromas of yeast, caramel, and toffee. Flavors were green apple and lemon and minerals all delivered with incredibly lush layers. Later on the caramel and toffee turned into coffee. Fabulous wine paired with great food and wonderful company. Enjoyed by all.
