96 Points

Tuesday, December 1, 2015 - Magnum. Comparable to the '96 enjoyed alongside but with less smoke and more / deeper caramel and brioche on the nose. Still fresh and sharp on the palate with waxy honeycomb, sharp orange citrus, and hardening aged Gouda. Toasty brioche present throughout. Strong effervescence an hour after popping. Spectacular wine to drink right now.
