Tuesday, November 28, 2017 - Definitely the Champagne of the night and #2 overall in a great line up of wines from Champagne, Burgundy, Bordeaux and Rhone. Original disgorgement circa 1998. Awesome color - medium amber. Really fresh and crisp. Light carmel. Some tobacco and cigar box. Highly complex wine with loads of nuance. Also comes off sweet and luscious. Fantastic.
