Saturday, July 3, 2021 - Killer nose, a crescendo of nutty, smoky and butterscotch like aromas. Vibrant and energetic palate, still quite youthful! It’s so complex, expressive and layered with the perfect balance of orchard fruit and secondary, tertiary characteristics. A gastronomic Champagne that is in a perfect place.
