Sunday, July 18, 2021 - Really interesting. This bottle was quite oxidized. There remained tons of energy and persistence. All toffee and nutty aromas. A touch of sweetness that was there at the beginning, went away after an hour or so and then came back several hours later. Not the best bottle, but still very interesting.
