Monday, November 27, 2023 - Awesome! Never experienced a wine like it. The closest I have a reference point to is Gravener Ribolla Gialla (orange wine). The oxidation that comes through on the nose doesn’t get experienced on the palate. Complexity but also a mineral linearity that is impossible to predict from the nose. A great experience and one I’d be delighted to repeat!
