Tuesday, January 26, 2010 - Dark red. Some funky earthiness on the nose but some bright cherry peaking through. Tart cherry with a dash of acid is followed by some gravelly earth and pretty fruit on the mid palate. The finish is the star and taunts you. Great stuff and a great value for wine this good.
