Tuesday, November 12, 2013 - The 2008 Chateau Boutisse is one of the finest Grand Crus of the vintage from St. Emilion in the $25 price range. If you find it for less, buy more, or you'll wish you had. I really like SUZANNA9452000's note from a year ago. I can only say that it has improved since then. Garnet, fleshy and layered. Ripe raspberry, boysenberry, plum, currant and tobac. Refined tannins. Long finish. 70% Merlot/30% Cabernet Sauvignon. This is drinking. QPR. 14% abv. Drink or hold.
