Monday, April 23, 2018 - This is wonderful wine to enjoy anytime. Regrettably this was my last bottle. I have lots of 2009,and 2010 but 2007 was very expressive. It took a while to open open up but after 1hr in glass this wine had load of green Apple 🍏 fruit on its nose. The taste was hints of cotton candy and honeysuckle. There is no doubt this wine has lots of life still available in it. It’s truly so beautiful today but future bright.
