Thursday, August 20, 2020 - This was in a great spot tonight. Billowing nose of smudged candle wick, apricot jam, lemon candy, tangerine, verbena, honey and white flowers. Thick and richly textured, full bodied and oily, integrated acidity and minerality keeps it lively. Long finish with a delectable sweet herbal note resonating. This should be worth keeping for another 10+, but will it improve? Quite possibly yes, as it has tension and freshness to spare right now.
