Very bright and fresh on the palate, again with limes and lemons, a bit of stone and spice. Simple, but a bit of heat at the edges aside, very drinkable and pretty good with light sushi. I dare say you would get more bang for the buck with an equivalent bottle from most of the up-and-coming growers though.
