Wednesday, July 1, 2020 - We enjoyed this more than several NV Champagnes we've had in recent year, such as Cliquot. Definte yeast and bread on the nose and taste, along with slightly less than sweet pear. Not austere. Great pairing with cheese or any pre dinner snack. There are so many variations in French NV champagnes, this was one we liked @$39.99 at Costco. Others may prefer other styles, we don't subtract or add to our scores based on style, just quality and we thought this was very good, but a little more character and depth would result in a higher score.
