Thursday, September 2, 2021 - Excellent ullage. Opened an hour before tasting but not decanted. Lovely black cherry, spices (hint cinnamon), pine, and earthiness. Elegant taste with soft tannins and a medium length finish. Overall a lovely wine. Tried it again 2 days later and it had greatly softened but still showed well with elegance. The Cabernet franc in this blend really makes for a great wine.
