Saturday, November 27, 2010 - On the nose, aromas of rich earth, blueberry jam, plum, and an underground mustiness. An abundance of jammy fruit (blueberry), dry wood, and a hint of maple syrup. Lively acidity, and soft, subtle tannins. Medium to full bodied. A touch of spice on the finish, along with the fruit that carries through from the palate.
