Sunday, May 4, 2014 - Floral, vanilla, lime, chalk, white grapefruit, candles. Lightly sweet, a bit oxidized, a back-end bitterness with a calcareous streak. Overall, impossible to resist. Terrifically mouth-coating, outstandingly long and layered with extract and mouthwatering acidity. Still very good, but the bitter note says drink now.
