Thursday, January 21, 2021 - Tried a Coravin sample from my third and last bottle of this one. Brown rim and a strong, very pleasant aroma of dark cherries and chocolate.
In the mouth pretty much the same impression of cherries complemented by a good structure from a dose of half resolved tannin and high acidity. Very vital and with hindsight I should perhaps have left this another 5 years. Should have an upwards potential.
