Monday, August 19, 2019 - Shared at VISA Summer Party. Probably not enough time to let it fully open, as the crowd of Somms wanted to get a taste.
Very leesy nose, big, broad palate ( 60 % Pinot Noir and all barrel fermented ). Paired well with cured ham and smoked salmon quiche, not so well with deviled eggs.
