I can just get wrapped up this for an evening, riffing off just the amazing freshness on the nose. Filled with fresh air, beautiful oyster shell aromas, wow, yeast, almond, chamomile, subtle florals and strawberry pastries on the pristine nose. The palate is the picture of elegance, so delicately framed in yet a deep and compelling tone. Cherry and strawberries, mid-weight but feather light, fine grained chalk minerality, pastry and chiffon, light spices, brine, with such purity and length. This is stellar juice, hands down the best NV Rose Champagne out there, and it stands up to many of the best vintage rose's out there. Listen, if you don't get excited about this Rose Champagne, I just don't know.
