Likes this wine:

Saturday, August 12, 2023 - 100% pinot noir sourced from 10 different crus. The wine is aged a minimum of 5 years before release but since no disgorgement date is given, the age of individual bottles is not known.

Strawberry, minerality, grapefruit zest, brioche. Enjoyed with spanish garlic shrimp.

    9/22/2023 9:03:00 AM - FYI, ...

The house fails to disclose disgorgement dates on base vintages on labels. It is possible to decode the information from their cork codes. The two digits represents the year (inverted) and the first letter (A-D) is the quarter. For example, A31HO was disgorged in the first quarter of 2013.

From that point, you just subtract the 5 years to find the base vintage. IIRC LP rose is 85% vintage wine too in the NV bottles. ... Cheers!
