Thursday, November 11, 2004 - Cotes du Coeur Champagne Tasting (Woolley Estate, Dallas, Texas): Deep colored rose - smoked salmon pink. Quick, berry nose. Full mouthfeel, more berry notes and fresh fruit flavors. Not bad for a rose.
