Thursday, August 8, 2013 - Hart Davis Hart Summer Champagne Tasting (City Winery - Chicago IL): Tasting, brief note. Bit of strawberry on both nose and palate. Elegant overall with nice combination of fruit and bready elements. Good finish seems just slightly simpler than I recall from before.
