Saturday, July 21, 2007 - My first thought was wow, this smells kind of like a Bugey-Cerdon. Though with some swirling i banished the thought. Quite lemony and tart, a little tight. Seems less concentrated than some of the previous wines this evening, but there is a wonderful balance here between sweet and tart flavors. In fact i would almost call this painfully tart. Tasty!
