Saturday, December 6, 2014 - Annual Tasting Group Holiday Party (La Belle Vie, Mpls): Pale salmon color. Tasting pour. This was very good, nice mix of strawberry and cherry on the nose with pleasant yeast and a spritzy minerality. The palate is delicate with lovely berries and bit of cream character with citrus undertone and a clean fresh minerality and a bit of exotic character to boot. Not a cheap N/V, but of excellent quality and pedigree.
