Saturday, July 23, 2016 - This had been kept in a not very cold cellar for 2-3 years. Had on a sunny summer day and that was very suitable - beautiful strawberry and raspberry on nose and palate jumping into your face. Graceful, salivating, persistent, dry but not too dry. Probably the best showing of this champagne in my memory - comes to show how much pretty much all champagnes, NVs included, stand to gain from letting them rest in bottle for a couple of years!
