Saturday, February 11, 2017 - Dinner at Heirloom (Heirloom, St.Paul, MN): Medium pink/salmon color. Drank 2 glasses over 90 minutes. The nose is focused with cherry, cherry chiffon, yeast and light-medium toast. The palate delves deep with nice structure to the cherry fruits, bread dough, orange, and stony minerality. The tannins are impressive and this lingers nicely with additional spice notes.
