Friday, January 25, 2019 - Pinot Noir and some Champagne (Restaurant Brunnenstube, Beinstein): Bright salmon color. Fine, medium intense nose with floral notes, straw- and raspberry and some brioche. Dry, good mousseux, lots of red fruit (straw- and raspberry), nice mineral core, lively, nice depth and good length. 90-91
