Friday, October 30, 2020 - Medium Sockeye Salmon red color. Split bottle over 3 hours. Probably the gold standard in NV Rose Champagne. Pretty much spot on to my note from 5-15-20. These strike a balance between power and elegance with the finesse tipping the scale. Creamy on the palate, lovely fruits, mixed red berries, cherry and citrus abound, yeasty, refined chalk, floral spice notes, and a hint of almonds. Love it.
